All prices provided via our website quote builder are guide estimates only and are not binding. A formal written quotation will be provided following a templating visit to your property. Formal quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
A contract is formed when you accept our formal written quotation and pay the agreed deposit (typically 50% of the total project value). Work will not commence until the deposit is received.
Natural stone is a product of nature and will contain inherent variations in veining, colour and texture. These are not defects. We will show you the specific slabs to be used before fabrication and obtain your approval. Engineered stone (quartz) will be more consistent in appearance.
It is your responsibility to ensure that units, cabinets or substrates are fully installed and level before we template. We cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies arising from surfaces that are not ready at the time of templating. Our standard lead time from templating to installation is 2–4 weeks depending on material availability.
A 50% deposit is due upon acceptance of the quotation. The remaining balance is due on the day of installation, prior to our team leaving site. We accept bank transfer and card payment. Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.
We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months from the date of installation. This covers defects in installation only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, impact, chemical damage or normal wear and tear. Natural stone is not guaranteed against staining if not properly sealed and maintained.
We provide aftercare guidance for all stone types at installation. It is your responsibility to follow the recommended care instructions. Failure to do so may void the workmanship guarantee.
If you cancel an order after materials have been ordered or cut, you may forfeit some or all of your deposit to cover material and labour costs incurred. Cancellations before material ordering will receive a full deposit refund, less any survey costs.
Our liability to you shall not exceed the total value of your project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
